Customer access and entry information
To deliver our services, we may share relevant customer details with cleaners, subcontractors or temporary workers assigned to a booking. This may include the customer's first name, property address, service time, cleaning instructions, phone number where necessary, parking/access information and other booking-specific notes. Any cleaner, contractor, subcontractor or service provider who receives customer information from us is required to keep that information confidential, use it only for the purpose of providing the booked service, follow our data protection and security instructions, and report any suspected loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure immediately.
