Payments Accepted
After submitting a quote request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our team will review your request and check cleaner availability. Your personalised quote will be sent within 12–24 hours.
If you wish to proceed, a secure payment link will be sent via email. Your booking will be confirmed once payment has been completed
For urgent bookings, please contact us directly for faster availability checks. This protects you if you can’t find a cleaner quickly.
Billing and Pricing
After submitting a quote request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our team will review your request and check cleaner availability. In some cases, we may contact you for a short follow-up call or request photos of the property to ensure we provide the most accurate quote possible.
Once reviewed, we will send you a personalised quote within 12–24 hours. If you wish to proceed, a secure payment link will be sent via email to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If our cleaner arrives and is unable to access the property, or the appointment is cancelled on arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
We understand emergencies happen and may waive fees at our discretion.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment and we will arrange for the issue to be resolved.
